saraastyle.com is operated by PUG Enterprise, Surat, Gujarat, India. This policy explains information used by our website, browser shopping features, advertising, analytics and email support. Contact us at contact@saraastyle.com.
Cart, Checkout and Review Information
The cart keeps selected products, colours, UK sizes and quantities in your browser for up to 30 days. Checkout details, order confirmations, review drafts and submission retry keys are kept in session storage for up to 24 hours within the browser session. Restoring a browser session may restore these details. Customer details are not put in page URLs. Small cart-recovery records can remain in local storage until you clear site data, including records of cart reviews you have acknowledged. They contain order-request identifiers and recovery status, not names, addresses or contact details.
When you choose Place Order, your selected products, colour, UK size, quantity, name, delivery address, phone number, email and optional instructions are sent to saraastyle.com's service hosted on Cloudflare and stored in our Cloudflare D1 order database. An order confirmation is shown after our service stores the order. When you submit a review, its product, rating and text are stored in Cloudflare D1 for moderation. The authorized store owner may export stored order and review records for order handling, moderation and support. New reviews are not published automatically. Use your browser's site-data controls to remove local copies; this does not delete submitted records. On a shared device, clear your details when you finish.
If browser storage is unavailable or cleared, the corresponding saved information may not be recoverable. Browser storage is not an account, cross-device backup or guarantee of confidentiality from other people using the same browser.
Email Support and Returns
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and information you choose to include, such as an existing order reference or return request. We use that information to respond and handle the request. Only provide information relevant to your enquiry. For an agreed UPI refund, we may need your UPI ID; never send a UPI PIN, bank password, card security code or one-time password.
Google Analytics and Cloudflare
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand page use and improve the site. Analytics may process identifiers, device and browser information, pages visited and interactions, subject to applicable consent settings. Our own analytics configuration does not intentionally send checkout names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers or review text to Google Analytics.
Cloudflare provides hosting, our order and review API, database storage, protection services and a first-party Google Tag Gateway. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies form submissions and may process technical information about your browser and connection. Our service temporarily uses a hash derived from your IP address to limit repeated submissions; these rate-limit records expire after ten minutes and are removed during scheduled maintenance. Requests for site content and Google tags may also pass through Cloudflare. First-party delivery does not mean Google stops processing analytics information.
Advertising and Consent Choices
We use Google AdSense, including manual ad placements. Google and advertising partners may use cookies, local identifiers and information about visits to display, measure and, where permitted, personalise ads. Ad consent is managed through Google's certified consent management platform configured in AdSense Privacy & Messaging.
Where a Google consent message is shown, use that message and any Google-provided privacy choices interface to make or revise the choices it offers. We do not operate a second independent consent banner. Applicable choices and consent signals affect advertising and analytics processing. Your browser also provides controls for deleting or restricting cookies and site data. Restricting site storage can affect the cart and checkout features.

Sharing, Retention and International Processing
Google, Cloudflare and their service providers process information under their respective policies, and processing can occur outside India. We may share information received directly from you with a courier or service provider when needed to handle an agreed delivery, return or support request, or when legally required. Unsubmitted browser drafts are not sent to our order and review service.
Browser retention is described above. Submitted orders, reviews and support correspondence are retained for order handling, moderation, support and applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of submitted records. Submitted records are stored in our Cloudflare D1 database; clearing browser data does not remove them or any copies exported by the authorized store owner. Provider retention and backups follow the relevant service configuration and provider policy.
Your Choices and Requests
You can clear locally saved shopping information on your device and contact us about information you have sent directly to us. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or other restrictions. We may need to verify a request and retain records where required by law. Advertising consent choices remain with the Google-provided interface.
Security and Children
Internet transmission and browser storage cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your device and avoid entering another person's information without permission. The site is not intended to collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent information to us, contact us so we can review the request.
